Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers regarding telecom services (mobile, broadband, landline, etc.).
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues such as connectivity, configuration, or hardware problems.
Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve service disruptions or product-related issues.
Escalate unresolved cases to higher-level technical teams when necessary.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
Ensure first-call resolution and maintain quality service standards.
Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution.
Adhere to process workflows, company policies, and performance targets (AHT, CSAT, FCR).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
Minimum HSC / Diploma / Graduate (Technical background preferred).
Experience:
03 years in international voice or technical support process (telecom domain preferred).
Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of telecom technologies (broadband, mobile networks, routers, modems).
Knowledge of troubleshooting network and connectivity issues.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Neutral or international accent preferred.

Soft Skills:

Strong customer-handling skills.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Ability to work in night shifts and rotational schedules.
