Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally.
  • Provide information related to products, services, billing, or technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Follow standard procedures and company policies during interactions.
  • Meet performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher departments as required.

  • B.TECH ,B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible.

  • Anyone who attended interview before 30 days are not eligible to attend walk-in.
