Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally.
Provide information related to products, services, billing, or technical issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Follow standard procedures and company policies during interactions.
Meet performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher departments as required.

B.TECH ,B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible.
