Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound technical support calls from international customers (primarily US/UK).
  • Troubleshoot issues related to internet connectivity, mobile networks, VoIP, and TV services.
  • Assist with device setup, signal issues, modem/router configurations, SIM card issues, etc.
  • Walk customers through troubleshooting steps over the phone.
  • Log all customer interactions, diagnoses, and resolutions in the CRM/ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Tier 2 or network engineering teams.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and meet quality KPIs like FCR, AHT, and CSAT.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Candidates with a

    B.Com, B.B.A, B.A

    , or

    any Postgraduate degree

    and

    experience in Customer Support
