Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat for a First Wealth Relationship Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, delivering tailored financial solutions to meet their wealth management needs. Daily responsibilities include relationship-building, identifying client needs, advising on investment opportunities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and achieving revenue and client satisfaction targets. The manager will serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless banking and wealth management services.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric approach to managing high-net-worth clients.
• Expertise in wealth management, investment advisory, and financial planning, including asset allocation and portfolio management.
• Proficient in sales, business development, and achieving revenue-based targets in banking or financial services.
• Good understanding of financial markets, compliance regulations, and banking products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or certifications like CFP or CFA are a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced banking environment.
