Finishing Engineer

As a Finishing Engineer (Civil) at our high-rise building development team in Mumbai, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end civil finishing work to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of civil finishing works for high-rise buildings, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications. - Implement and monitor the quality assurance plan for finishing works, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. - Evaluate and select finishing materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and are sourced from reliable suppliers. - Track and assess the performance of subcontractors and labor teams, providing guidance and support for high-quality outputs. - Collaborate with architects, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any arising issues. - Maintain accurate records of work progress, material usage, and compliance with safety regulations. - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing as per the design and quality standards. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma Civil or a related field. - Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil finishing works, preferably in high-rise building projects. Skills Required: - Strong knowledge of finishing materials and techniques. - Excellent project management and organizational skills. - Proficient in construction management software and tools. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications: Relevant certifications in quality management or construction safety are a plus.
