Salary: Up to 9 Lacs per annum

Graduate Civil Engineer with 7 to 8 years relevant experience in Project Management, Project coordination, execution. Segment experience Mall/commercial/Residential finishing works.

Job Description:

I. Supervision of Finishing Works: Oversee the execution of all finishing works, including painting, tiling, flooring, ceiling, plastering, cladding, and joinery, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

II. Quality Control: Ensure that all finishing materials and workmanship meet the specified quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to identify any issues, defects, or deviations from the plan and recommend corrective actions as necessary.

III. Coordination with Contractors and Teams: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of finishing works. Provide technical guidance and resolve issues related to finishes on-site.

IV. Project Management: Assist in planning and scheduling finishing activities in alignment with the overall project schedule. Monitor progress and report regularly on the status of finishing works to project managers.

V. Cost Control: Monitor and manage the costs associated with finishing materials and labor to stay within budget. Work closely with procurement teams to source and select appropriate materials for finishing works.

VI. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all finishing works are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations. Promote a safe working environment and adherence to safety protocols on site.

VII. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all finishing work activities, including material usage, labor, progress reports, and any deviations from project plans. Prepare and submit reports to senior management as required.

VIII. Problem Solving: Identify potential issues during the finishing phase and propose effective solutions to minimize delays and maintain high standards of workmanship

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
