Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor all finishing works at the site, including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, flooring, doors & windows, and interior finishes.
Ensure quality standards and specifications are followed as per drawings and client requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site execution teams for the timely completion of finishing activities.
Conduct regular inspections and prepare snag lists/punch lists for rectification before handover.
Check material quality, verify measurements, and ensure proper usage of materials.
Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and attend site meetings.
Ensure safety compliance and maintain cleanliness at site.
Support in final handover of units, ensuring all finishing work is completed to satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

Finishing engineer: 7 years (Required)
Building Construction : 7 years (Required)
