Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage finishing works on high rise buildings, including plastering, false ceilings, flooring, and Mivan work.
Ensure timely completion of tasks within budget constraints.
Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards.
Oversee site execution of residential projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for material procurement and labor management.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (finishing).
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil.
Strong knowledge of finishing work techniques for high rise buildings.
Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
