Role Overview
As a Financial Strategist, you will be at the heart of our financial decision-making process. Your role will focus on analyzing financial data, forecasting trends, managing invoicing and project payments, and developing strategies to optimize both project and organizational performance. You’ll collaborate with management and project teams to align financial insights with progress on the ground, ensuring resources are well-planned and risks are minimized.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, project budgets, and cost reports to provide actionable insights.
• Forecast financial trends, cash flow, and resource allocation for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Manage invoicing, client billing, and project payments, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deadlines.
• Track project progress and coordinate with teams to issue timely invoices and monitor receivables.
• Develop financial strategies that support project efficiency, profitability, and organizational growth.
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation measures to ensure stability.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to align financial planning with execution schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or project finance.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, payment cycles, and project-based financial management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Financial analysis: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
