Role Overview:

The Finance Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, and collaborating with leadership to support business growth. This role is ideal for someone with over 2 years of experience in finance or accounting who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and

ledger maintenance.

● Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company.

● Monitor cash flow, payments, and expenses to ensure financial stability.

● Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and KPIs for management.

● Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.

● Support audits and coordinate with external auditors when required.

● Collaborate with leadership on financial strategies to optimize costs, revenues, and

profitability.

● Implement and maintain financial systems and tools for efficiency.

Requirements:
● Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields.● Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and statutorycompliance.● Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.● Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.● Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a startup environment.● Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
