The Opportunity:

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Financial Sales Executive to join our fully remote team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete client revenue cycle, from initial engagement to building long-term, profitable relationships. This is a high-impact position with exceptional, uncapped earning potential for motivated individuals who excel at sales and client management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels to introduce our platform and services.
  • Conduct comprehensive online presentations and consultations to educate prospective clients on our trading platform, its features, and the investment opportunities available.
  • Skillfully guide clients through the onboarding process, assisting them in funding their accounts to begin their investment journey.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust, transparency, and exceptional service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to help clients maximize their investment potential.
  • Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Stay informed about financial market trends and developments to provide relevant insights and add value to client interactions.*


Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, wealth management, investments, banking, or a related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and relationship management.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM software and digital communication tools.
  • A genuine interest in and knowledge of global financial markets is a significant advantage.
