Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing primary financial statements and related notes in compliance with accounting and regulatory disclosure requirements. Additionally, you will liaise with partner sites for external deliveries, review financial statements for accuracy, and interact with stakeholders to address queries related to accounting and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare primary financial statements and related notes according to accounting and regulatory requirements. - Review financial statements to ensure numerical accuracy and quality of disclosure. - Coordinate with partner sites for external deliveries and communicate status promptly. - Interact with stakeholders to address queries related to accounting or financial reporting. - Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend changes. - Ensure adherence to risk and control checks for client portfolios. - Follow required checklists and SOPs, updating them post-audit cycles. - Collaborate with the internal control team on emerging issues. - Promote team efficiency and idea generation. - Manage initiatives alongside daily workload. - Work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Qualification Required: - Possess 3+ years of experience in Financial Reporting or Audit within the Funds industry. - Hold a postgraduate degree/CA/CPA with a major in Finance/Accounting. - Demonstrate effective teamwork and the ability to build key internal relationships. - Exhibit strong attention to detail in document review and analytical capabilities. - Understand primary GAAPs including Irish/UK, IFRS, US GAAP. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, especially during peak delivery times. - Implement changes, efficiencies, and manage initiatives alongside daily tasks.
