Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

As an FP & A Lead, you will play a critical role in financial planning, analysis, and strategy for the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing financial strategies, such as long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. - Creating and maintaining financial models to support business planning, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives. - Analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to senior management. - Providing financial analysis and decision support for various business units, including Dupont analysis, pricing strategies, and capital expenditure evaluations. - Conducting research and analysis of market trends, industry developments, and competitive activities to inform strategic decision-making. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, gaps in product offerings, and potential threats to the business. - Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership. Qualifications required for this role: - MBA/CA in business, finance, or a related field. - At least 8-9 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT/Fintech industry. - Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and business acumen. - Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
