Job Summary:

The Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting the FP&A functions and Team Cost reporting processes. The role involves preparing reports, managing data downloads and streamlining data, coordinating email communications, and assisting with any other operational activities to ensure timely and accurate FP&A reporting and delivery of key performance insights.


Key Responsibilities:


FP&A - Performance Management Tracking (PMT) Reports:

  • Prepare and update Service lines Performance Management Reports as per defined timelines.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all PMT reports.
  • Coordinate with team leads/managers to gather necessary performance-related information.


Team Cost (TC) Preparation:

  • Compile and prepare Team Cost (TC) reports based on provided data sources.
  • Assist in analysing team cost trends and identifying variances.
  • Maintain cost-related documentation and ensure confidentiality.


Day Book Management:

  • Download and maintain the Day Book on a regular basis.
  • Verify entries and flag discrepancies for timely resolution.


Email Coordination:

  • Draft, send, and track emails related to PMT and TC activities.
  • Maintain clear communication with relevant stakeholders for follow-ups, clarifications, and approvals


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support any other activity or task assigned by the reporting manager related to operations, reporting, or data management.
  • Assist in process improvements and automation initiatives where possible.


Qualifications:

  • B.com, M.com, MBA (with relevant experience)
  • 2-5 years of experience in reporting, operations support, or finance coordination preferred.
