Assistant Manager – FP&A

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive

  monthly MIS

  across multiple business verticals
• Conduct

  variance analysis

  ,

  cash flow reporting

  , and assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Build and maintain

  financial models

  , scenario/sensitivity analyses, and dashboards for business planning
• Lead cost control initiatives and

  support cost optimization

  strategies in coordination with business heads
• Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate performance, track key KPIs, and support strategic planning
• Work independently on high-impact, time-sensitive deliverables to support leadership decision-making
• Drive process improvements in financial planning, analysis, and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

  with

  2–4 years

  of post-qualification experience
• Prior experience in

  edtech

  or

  startup

  environments is a strong plus
• Advanced proficiency in

  Microsoft Excel

  (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas)
• Working knowledge of

  Power BI

  ,

  PowerPoint

  ,

  SQL

  ,

  Tableau

  , or

  VBA

  is an added advantage
• Strong communication skills – ability to present insights clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels
