About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Financial controller to lead financial consulting projects, provide high-value advisory services, and drive internal financial excellence. This role offers the opportunity to influence critical business decisions for top clients while strengthening the financial foundation of our consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced financial models (DCF, ROI frameworks, scenario planning).
• Provide strategic financial advisory, risk assessments, and insights for client leadership teams.
• Lead consulting engagements with full accountability for deliverables.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
• Create executive dashboards and performance scorecards for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance, governance, and cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: CA, CMA (India/USA), ACCA, M.Com (Finance/Accounting), or PhD in Finance/Accounting.
• Experience: 5–10 years in corporate finance, consulting, or financial management.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, strategic analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, BI tools, and financial software.
