Job Description

Role & responsibilities -

Lead
month-end close
processes, ensuring timely and accurate financials.
Apply strong expertise in
IFRS revenue recognition
and manage exceptions related to revenue and cost.
Oversee internal/external
billing
and
DOR (Daily Operations Report)
processes.
Drive
monthly financial forecasting
, implementing robust procedures for deliverables and variance analysis.
Conduct bottom-up exercise for forecasts and independently lead management reviews with sales and delivery.
Direct the
budgeting
process, collaborating with account leadership to develop annual budgets.
Ensure
cost allocations
comply with standard cost systems; secure approvals of any non-standard costs in advance.
Manage accruals for delayed/unpaid expenses and prepare detailed financial models for contract renewals/new business.
Respond to internal/external
audit

queries
and prepare ad-hoc
financial reports
as required.
Actively participate with stakeholders in planning and bring value through data-driven recommendations.

Preferred candidate profile

Post Graduate in
Finance
(
MBA/PGDM
preferred) with BCom/BBA/BBM/
CA/CMA/ICWA
.
Excellent communication skills to engage senior leadership and convey technical finance requirements.
Proven experience in working within cross-functional, multicultural teams in MNC environments.
Sound knowledge of finance and accounts, including management of budget and forecast cycles.
