Role & responsibilities

1. Cash Flow & Fund Management

• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow planning and forecasting.
  
• Monitor project-wise fund utilization and ensure optimal liquidity.
  
• Coordinate with project, sales, and procurement teams for timely cash inflows and outflows.
  
• Identify funding gaps and ensure efficient allocation of resources across projects.
  
• Manage intercompany fund transfers and reconciliation.
  

2. Financial Planning & Analysis

• Prepare financial models for short-term and long-term cash flow projections.
  
• Analyze budget variances and provide actionable insights to management.
  
• Support decision-making through financial reports and MIS dashboards.

• Proven track record in managing large-scale project cash flows.
  
• Exposure to both residential and commercial projects preferred.
