AGM/DGM- MEP

Role & responsibilities:

• Design Management & Coordination

• Review and validate

  MEP designs, GFC drawings, and shop drawings

  for villas, group housing, and township projects.
• Coordinate with

  architects, structural teams, and consultants

  to ensure seamless integration of MEP services.
• Lead

  value engineering

  exercises to optimize designs for cost, efficiency, and sustainability.

• Project Execution

• Oversee

  on-site execution

  of MEP works, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to approved designs.
• Supervise

  installation, testing, and commissioning

  of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and BMS.
• Resolve on-site design conflicts and provide timely technical support to the execution team.
  

• Compliance & Approvals

• Ensure all MEP works comply with

  NBC, ECBC, Fire Safety Norms

  , and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Liaise with

  government authorities

  for necessary approvals, inspections, and certifications.

• Vendor & Consultant Management

• Identify, evaluate, and finalize

  vendors, consultants, and contractors

  for MEP works.
• Conduct regular

  review meetings

  with stakeholders for progress tracking and issue resolution.

• Cost & Budget Control

• Prepare and review

  BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets

  for MEP works.
• Ensure

  timely procurement

  and cost optimization without compromising quality standards.

• Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain detailed project documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
  
• Provide

  periodic updates

  to senior management on project status, challenges, and risk mitigation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification:

  B.E./B.Tech in

  Electrical Engineering

  (M.Tech preferred).

• Experience:

  1219 years

  of experience in

  design and execution of MEP works

  for

  villas, group housing, and township projects

  in real estate.

• Technical Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of

  HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire-fighting, STPs/WTPs, and BMS

  .
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, Revit (MEP), MS Project

  , and other project management/design tools.
