Mep Site Engineer

Designation: Manager MEP Background: He will be an Electrical/ Mechanical Engineer with an overall experience of 5+year, with complete understanding of MEP Project works for High Rise Residential and Commercial Projects.

Role & Responsibility: • He shall have complete knowledge of relevant Building Codes and Bylaws, good Understanding of Project MEP Quality and safety Plan, Knowledge of Method Statements and Project Execution processes, check all MEP drawings, and Documents. •

Daily coordination and Monitoring of Project Execution work, Reporting of Progress as per standard reporting Matrix

. • Ensuring Established MEP quality Plan and Checking of Martials received at site.

• Ability to work as a Team or independently as per site requirement.

• Understanding of sequence of Project Activities.

• Experience in coordination with Vendors, Contractors, Architects, and Consultants. a) HVAC: AHU connections, Duct routing , quality of work, proper insulation & finishing including VCD installation, Proper Fresh air & Exhaust for F&B units, Trap door access etc. b) Electrical: ensure that correct Material is used, wiring is proper, DB with the correct specification is installed, all wires/ cables terminating in the DB are tagged/ labeled, proper dressing & ferruling is done. c) Plumbing & Drainage: ensure & check site for proper waterproofing, correct material usage, appropriate slope for drainage, proper sealing of joints, grease chamber provision etc. d) Fire Safety: Adequate Smoke/ Heat detectors & Sprinklers installed at correct locations as Approved Fire Scheme. e) LV Services: Knowledge of CCTV, FTTH, Fire Alarm, Access Control and other LV services required for High Rise Residential Towers. f) Experience in Supervision of Execution work for Lifts, D.G sets, STP, WTP, External MEP services, Lightning Arrestors, High Side Electrical work (33 KV and11 KV service lines and switching stations).
