Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations for MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) during site execution.
Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of MEP works at high rise buildings.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues related to fire fighting systems.
Develop and implement effective strategies for resolving conflicts between different trades on-site.
Collaborate with the team to achieve overall project goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-6 years of experience in MEP coordination or a related field.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or equivalent qualification.
Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and their integration into building designs.
Experience working on high-rise building projects with complex MEP installations.
