Supervise activities and monitor performance of junior staff after deployment on a daily basis. 5. Coordinate with the client on the quality of work, indent, and monitoring of inward and outward materials. 6. Daily progress report, billing and measurements, tools and tackles, follow-up for billing, and any other issue raised by the client. 7. Implementation of company policy on high priority and any other assignment assigned by the management from time to time. 8. Maintain a healthy and safe harmonious environment at the site. 9. Follow all the safety standards of the client at all times and suggest your positive opinions to the safety personnel for betterment at your site. 10. Ability to plan in advance and work efficiently to meet deadlines. Identify factors affecting costs, such as completion time, materials, and labor. Read blueprints and technical documents to prepare estimates. Collaborate with engineers, clients, and management. Calculate, analyze, and adjust estimates. Recommend ways to cut costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Work with site teams to prepare estimates and bids. Maintain records of estimated and actual costs. Monitor and track project costs throughout the lifecycle to ensure the budget is maintained. Provide detailed cost reports and analyses to management. Consult with suppliers, vendors, clients, and management personnel to discuss estimates and resolve issues. Set up cost reporting and monitoring procedures and systems to streamline the process. Good mathematical abilities to calculate labor, material, and equipment estimates. Ability to effectively communicate with clients and collaborate with diverse teams.
