1. Formulate plans and prepare proposals for process improvement for tasks and initiatives (both technical and operational). 2. Assess and evaluate results on individual ongoing and upcoming assignments and modifications according to target and increasing productivity. 3. Coordinate feedback from site staff and communicate to the head office also regarding opportunity and improvement. 4. Supervise activities and monitor performance of junior staff after deployment on a daily basis. 5. Coordinate with the client on the quality of work, indent, and monitoring of inward and outward materials. 6. Daily progress report, billing and measurements, tools and tackles, follow-up for billing, and any other issue raised by the client. 7. Implementation of company policy on high priority and any other assignment assigned by the management from time to time. 8. Maintain a healthy and safe harmonious environment at the site. 9. Follow all the safety standards of the client at all times and suggest your positive opinions to the safety personnel for betterment at your site. 10. Attending all the meetingscalled by the client and represent the company at the site level Preferred candidate profile
