About The Role : The role of a Datacenter Infrastructure Engineer tailored for an individual contributor with 3-5 years of experience, would focus on a subset of the competencies outlined for a Practice Lead but in a more execution-focused capacity. Technical Expertise Core Datacenter TechnologiesHands-on experience with servers, storage, virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Nutanix), and data protection tools (e.g., Commvault, Veeam, Dell DPS). Cloud IntegrationBasic understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud setups and integration with public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Virtualization and HCIPractical expertise in virtualization (VMware) and exposure to hyper-converged infrastructures (Nutanix). Data ManagementExperience in implementing and managing backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions. Network SecurityKnowledge of security frameworks using tools like Fortinet and Checkpoint. Infrastructure DesignAbility to implement pre-defined architectures and contribute to design discussions. 2. Project Execution ImplementationEnsure successful delivery of datacenter solutions, meeting project timelines and quality standards.
