We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior MEP Engineer to join our team. This position is ideal for candidates with 0.6 to 1.5 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering who are eager to develop their skills in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Installation and Maintenance: Oversee and perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems and equipment across various projects. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations. 2. Reactive Maintenance: Respond promptly to all reactive maintenance requests within specified service level agreements (SLAs). Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime. 3. Quotations and Estimates: Assist in the preparation and submission of quotations and estimates for MEP services. Collaborate with senior engineers to develop accurate cost assessments based on project requirements. 4. Reporting: Report to the project manager daily on job progress, challenges faced, and any issues that require attention. Maintain detailed records of work completed and projects in progress. 5. Site Inspections: Arrange and conduct site inspections to monitor work quality, adherence to completion schedules, and compliance with standards. Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement based on observations during inspections. 6. Emergency Response: Maintain flexible availability for 24/7 on-call duties and emergency call-outs as needed. Engage in problem-solving during critical situations to ensure timely resolutions. 7. Administration: Handle administrative and clerical tasks related to the job, including documentation and reporting. Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval and reference. 8. Team Collaboration: Actively participate in teamwork, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes excellence in customer service. Work collaboratively with peers and management to achieve project goals. 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with engineering software is a plus
