Job Description

You should have 8-10 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, accounting & compliance, reporting, and operations. Your responsibilities will include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, capital budgeting, GAAP, IFRS, SOX compliance, internal controls, auditing, tax planning, risk management, financial statements, closing processes, management reporting, SEC reporting, cash flow management, working capital optimization, cost reduction, and process improvement. You should be proficient in using ERP systems, accounting software like Tally, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros. Additionally, you should possess leadership qualities such as team leadership, staff development, cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and M&A due diligence. Ideally, you should hold an MBA in Finance and have 8-10 years of experience in a similar finance role.,
