Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Financial Controller located in Panipat. The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Key responsibilities include managing financial reporting, analyzing financial data, developing budgets, and overseeing accounting operations. The role also involves ensuring the accuracy of financial information and offering insights to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Accounting
• Proficiency in Finance and advanced Analytical Skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Possession of a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA or equivalent certification is a plus
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role within the manufacturing or FMCG industry is preferred
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity for strategic financial planning
