ABOUT YOG INFRA

Our objective is to drive economic growth and make positive social impact through sustainable infrastructure development. YOG INFRA is an infrastructure focused financial advisory firm. We work with Developers and Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) and help them make informed investment decisions across infrastructure development lifecycle. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

a)  Financial Advisory

- Work on fiancial models preparation, review and valuation for public private partnership (PPP) projects

- Analysing financial statements, including the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement (incl. Free Cash Flow, Funds from Operations), of both public and private companies. 

- Should be familiar with key financial ratios such as DSCR, Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Interest Coverage Ratio etc.

- Performs secondary and primary research across infrastructure sectors and compiles relevant data into project reports. 

b)   Client Interaction and Knowledge Management

- Support team leader for client interactions across multiple projects

- Prepare meeting minutes, gather information, verifying and validating client needs

- Development of knowledge products and YOG INFRA insights for clients on a regular basis

QUALIFICATIONS

- Masters in Finance, or equivalent (CFA/ CA along with Bachelor's degree)

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in infrastructure advisory or financial modelling.

- Execellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and MS-Word.

CTC

Candidates can expect CTC in range of INR 4-6 lakhs, depending on qualification and experience.
