About the Role

Financial Analysts

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Analysis

  • Build, maintain, and automate recurring revenue and expense reports.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis for leadership and business partners.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design dashboards and data views.

Data Management & Accuracy

  • Extract data from ERP, BI tools, and databases for reporting.
  • Reconcile data between systems and ensure accuracy of classifications and coding.
  • Maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies in financial data.

Process & Timeliness

  • Track and meet recurring reporting deadlines.
  • Standardise reporting processes to improve efficiency.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close with revenue and expense analysis.
Experience Levels

For 3+ Years’ Experience (Mid-Level Role):

  • Strong foundation in 

    financial reporting and analysis

    .
  • Ability to work independently on recurring reporting and ad-hoc requests.
  • Exposure to 

    FP&A or revenue accounting

     preferred.

For 5+ Years’ Experience (Senior Role):

  • Advanced expertise in 

    FP&A, operational finance, or revenue accounting

    .
  • Experience leading reporting process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Strong SQL/database skills for data extraction and analysis.
  • Ability to partner with leadership to provide 

    strategic financial insights

    .
