Financial Analyst

Role Overview: As a Financial Analyst working remotely during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours, you will be responsible for supporting financial reporting, analysis, and process improvements. This role offers opportunities for both mid-level candidates with 3+ years of experience and senior candidates with 5+ years of experience to contribute to the team's success. Key Responsibilities: - Build, maintain, and automate recurring revenue and expense reports. - Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis for leadership and business partners. - Partner with cross-functional teams to design dashboards and data views. - Extract data from ERP, BI tools, and databases for reporting. - Reconcile data between systems and ensure accuracy of classifications and coding. - Maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies in financial data. - Track and meet recurring reporting deadlines. - Standardise reporting processes to improve efficiency. - Support month-end and quarter-end close with revenue and expense analysis. Qualifications Required: For 3+ Years Experience (Mid-Level Role): - Strong foundation in financial reporting and analysis. - Ability to work independently on recurring reporting and ad-hoc requests. - Exposure to FP&A or revenue accounting preferred. For 5+ Years Experience (Senior Role): - Advanced expertise in FP&A, operational finance, or revenue accounting. - Experience leading reporting process improvements and automation initiatives. - Strong SQL/database skills for data extraction and analysis. - Ability to partner with leadership to provide strategic financial insights.,
