Financial Analyst - Remote

As a Financial Analyst working remotely during EST hours, your role will involve supporting financial reporting, analysis, and process improvements. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Reporting & Analysis: - Build, maintain, and automate recurring revenue and expense reports. - Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis for leadership and business partners. - Partner with cross-functional teams to design dashboards and data views. - Data Management & Accuracy: - Extract data from ERP, BI tools, and databases for reporting. - Reconcile data between systems and ensure accuracy of classifications and coding. - Maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies in financial data. - Process & Timeliness: - Track and meet recurring reporting deadlines. - Standardise reporting processes to improve efficiency. - Support month-end and quarter-end close with revenue and expense analysis. For candidates with 3+ years of experience, you are expected to have a strong foundation in financial reporting and analysis. You should be able to work independently on recurring reporting and ad-hoc requests, with exposure to FP&A or revenue accounting preferred. For candidates with 5+ years of experience, you are expected to have advanced expertise in FP&A, operational finance, or revenue accounting. You should have experience leading reporting process improvements and automation initiatives, strong SQL/database skills for data extraction and analysis, and the ability to partner with leadership to provide strategic financial insights.,
