Financial Analyst

Analyse individual client portfolios in terms of returns, risk, asset allocation, and benchmark comparisons.

• Conduct detailed research on mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, and equity strategies.
• Track macroeconomic indicators, market trends, and fund manager commentary to recommend tactical shifts.
• Assist in creating investment proposals, rebalancing strategies, and customized portfolio models.
• Monitor portfolio diversification, sector exposure, credit risk, duration (in debt), and fund overlap.
• Use tools like Morningstar, PMS Bazaar, PMS AIF World, Value Research, or Bloomberg for performance and peer comparisons.
• Support compliance and risk analysis related to portfolios.
• Maintain investment product database and update internal research models.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients for investment documentation, queries, and support.
• Handle onboarding, KYC, and compliance documentation for new investment accounts.
• Coordinate with mutual fund houses, AMCs, R&T agents, and custodians for transactions and reconciliations.
• Maintain and update records of investments, insurance, and other financial assets for clients.
• Prepare capital gains reports, and periodic portfolio summaries.
• Assist clients with form fill-ups, redemptions, switches, and SIP registrations.
• Monitor timely execution and tracking of client investments and payment schedules.
• Follow up on payments, investment renewals, and maturity reminders.
• Handle operational tasks such as updating records for life insurance, Mediclaim, and property-related expenses.
