Hiring Alert - Financial Analyst (CA) | Copper Mining IndustryWe are urgently looking for a Financial Analyst (CA qualified) with solid experience in the copper mining industry for one of our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cost control and financial planning
Lead or support SAP implementation and post-go-live activities
Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books
Maintain compliance with tax regulations, statutory audits, and internal controls
Develop and standardize financial reporting systems and processes
Prepare periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders
Work closely with operations and mining project teams to ensure alignment with financial goals

Key Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Proven experience in SAP implementation (preferably FI/CO module)
Exposure to budgeting, reporting, and financial planning
Prior experience in the mining industry is mandatory
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Work Schedule

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 48 (Hybrid)
