Financial Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a Financial Analyst with 2–4 years of experience, proficient in Power BI and Tableau, to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating dashboards, and providing insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and support business strategy.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data and reports.
• Present insights and recommendations to management effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI and Tableau.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
• Solid understanding of financial statements and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Salary will be based on the experience

Preferred:

• Experience in MIS reporting and business intelligence.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
