The ideal candidate will assist in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting decision-making processes to drive business performance. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build their expertise in finance within a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights. Prepare and maintain financial reports, forecasts, and budgets. Assist in variance analysis and identifying key drivers impacting financial performance. Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial information. Monitor and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy. Assist in process improvements and automation of financial workflows. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Perform ad hoc financial analysis and projects as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus. Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
