Financial Analyst

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience (1 to 4 years) (BPO/KPO/SaaS/Technology experience preferable) in Finance Planning and Analysis who are eager to develop their financial planning and analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities:

•Financial Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in preparing financial forecasts and budgets to support business planning.

•Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

•Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and variance analyses.

•Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain basic financial models using Excel or other software.

•Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives.

•Process Improvement: Contribute to improving financial processes and reporting capabilities.

•Ad-hoc Analytics support: supporting multiple functional areas of the organization but not limited to Customer Success, Supply chain, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Admin, Technology

Requirements:

Education:

•Preferred CA/CA Intermediate/CMA/MBA Finance

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Skills:

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Proficiency in Excel is a must and basic financial modeling.

•Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

•Understanding of Accounting concepts

•Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.

•Shift Timing: US shift
