Finance/Accounts Manager

We are a fast-growing bakery manufacturing unit based in Mayapuri, Delhi, supplying fresh and high-quality bakery products across the city. We are looking for a dynamic and sincere candidate to manage accounting and MIS reporting for our business operations. 📌 Key Responsibilities Maintain books of accounts using Excel, ERP Software(Odoo), Tally / accounting software Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports (sales, expenses, production costs) Assist with GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliance Manage bank reconciliations, invoices, and vendor payments Inventory management Help in preparing financial reports and coordinating with external CA Maintain proper documentation and filing (physical + digital) ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA / B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) Strong working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, ERP Software and basic accounting Familiarity with GST, TDS, and income tax is preferred Good attention to detail and willingness to learn Good team work and inter-personal skills Residing in or near West Delhi / Mayapuri preferred 🎁 What We Offer Hands-on learning in accounting, compliance, and manufacturing finance Exposure to end-to-end finance operations of a running business Opportunity to grow into a permanent or senior role Friendly and supportive work environment Opportunity to work in a team and learn overall business management Opportunity to take higher responsibilities Free tea/coffee and lunch in office. 🕒 Working Hours Tuesday to Sunday (Monday is weekly-off) 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
