Finance Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and records.
• Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Perform basic accounting tasks such as journal entries, reconciliations, and invoice processing.
• Assist in monitoring accounts payable and receivable.
• Participate in audits by preparing necessary documentation.
• Conduct data entry, maintain financial databases, and ensure accuracy of records.
• Research financial trends and provide inputs to the finance team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial implications of business activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and numerical ability.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software/tools.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic business environment.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com/BBA/BBM).
• MBA/PGDM in Finance or pursuing professional courses (CA/ICWA/CFA) will be an added advantage.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of finance/accounting internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
