Finance Operations Manager

As a Finance Operations Manager at Vitu Realty, your role will involve leading and streamlining financial activities. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations like GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable laws. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements. - Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors for audits and filings. - Assist in preparing annual budgets and monitor actuals vs. budget performance. - Identify areas for cost control and process improvements. - Collaborate with project teams for financial forecasting and fund flow planning. - Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records in accounting software. - Oversee documentation and record-keeping for internal and external audits. - Implement and refine financial policies and SOPs. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. - Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CA is preferred. - Minimum 5 years of experience in finance operations management. - Proficiency in financial software and ERP tools. - Strong understanding of statutory regulations and compliance requirements.
