Role Overview: We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our Sales & Marketing team. The role involves client engagement, lead follow-ups, and coordination of site visits to convert inquiries into bookings. As a Sales Executive, you will represent Vitu Realty’s values and offerings to potential homebuyers, investors, and businesses. Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction & Sales Conversion Handle walk-ins, inbound calls, and digital inquiries from potential customers. Present project details, pricing, offers, and availability to interested buyers. Schedule and conduct site visits; provide guided tours and respond to client queries. Follow up consistently and convert leads into confirmed bookings. Lead Management Update and maintain records in CRM systems. Monitor status of leads and provide timely updates to the Sales Manager. Share client feedback and market insights with the sales team for strategy refinement. Project Knowledge & Presentation Develop in-depth understanding of Vitu Realty’s residential and commercial projects. Stay updated on pricing, inventory, floor plans, amenities, and construction progress. Share brochures, layouts, and supporting documents with potential clients. Coordination & Support Work closely with the legal, CRM, and documentation teams for post-booking formalities. Support the marketing team during expos, campaigns, and events. Maintain a professional appearance and customer-centric approach during interactions. This hybrid role demands reliability, professionalism, confidentiality, and prompt execution of errands and office duties to support organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities Deliverable: 1. Adhere strictly to traffic rules, driving regulations, and company safety protocols. Maintain a daily trip log for transparency and accountability. 2. High Standards of Vehicle Maintenance and Cleanliness Perform daily pre-trip checks (fuel, oil, water, brakes, tires). Clean the vehicle (interior and exterior) on a regular basis. Track and schedule regular servicing and preventive maintenance. Report and coordinate repairs or mechanical issues promptly. 3. Effective Route Planning and Timely Arrivals Plan trips using GPS or apps like Google Maps/Waze to select optimal routes. Monitor traffic conditions and avoid congested areas. Maintain awareness of alternate routes for emergencies. Maintain accurate ETAs and buffer time for delays. 4. High Levels of Confidentiality and Professionalism Handle confidential documents or discussions discreetly. Maintain appropriate dress code and personal hygiene. Demonstrate courteous and respectful behavior at all times. Avoid distractions (e.g., phone use) during duty hours. 5. Effective Administrative Support and Task Completion Collect and deliver mail, parcels, and official documents. Assist in photocopying, filing, and arranging office supplies. Run office errands such as banking, purchases, or bill payments. Support logistics arrangements for meetings, events, or travel. 6. Positive Interactions with Clients and Visitors Greet and guide clients and guests upon arrival. Provide assistance with transport or luggage if needed. Offer refreshments and ensure their comfort during visits. Represent the office with a polite, friendly demeanor. 7. Preparedness for Emergencies and Unexpected Situations Keep a fully stocked emergency kit (first-aid, flashlight, tools) in the vehicle. Know the steps to follow in case of vehicle breakdown or accidents. React promptly to unplanned office or transport needs. Maintain contact with office team during emergencies for coordination.
