Finance Operations Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Manager with over 7 years of experience in Financial Operations (FinOps). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, Annual Operating Plans (AOP), financial modelling, auditing, and team management. This role demands analytical excellence, business acumen, and the ability to drive financial discipline across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead the preparation, consolidation, and review of budgets, forecasts, and AOP.
• Build, optimize, and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
• Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends to provide actionable insights to leadership.

Financial Operations & Controls

• Oversee end-to-end FinOps processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring all financial controls are met.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and MIS for leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal policies.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of finance professionals.
• Set clear goals, monitor performance, and ensure skill development within the team.
• Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and modelling.
• Expertise in FinOps processes, audit frameworks, and financial controls.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, financial tools, and reporting systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic business environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA Finalist, CA Inter, or MBA (Finance).
• Experience in startups or high-growth companies is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
