Finance Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Finance Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance with both local Chinese and international accounting standards, manage cross-border transactions, and act as the finance bridge between headquarters and China entities/subsidiaries/partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end finance operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, treasury, tax filings, and month-end/close processes for China-related entities.
• Oversee and reconcile multi-currency transactions
• Coordinate with local Chinese accounting firms, tax agents, banks, and government authorities
• Prepare and review financial reports in both Chinese and English for internal stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead or support statutory audits, tax audits, and annual inspections (年检) in China.
• Optimize working capital and cash flow for China operations (including trapped cash and cross-border funding structures).
• Implement and maintain internal controls and SOX-like compliance for China entities.
• Collaborate closely with China sales, supply chain, and operations teams to provide financial insights and support budgeting/forecasting.
• Drive process automation and ERP improvements (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Kingdee
• Act as the primary finance point of contact for Chinese-speaking vendors, banks, employees, and joint-venture partners.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
