You are an experienced Finance manager, with proven experience in financial reporting and
financial performance analysis
1. Preparation of Monthly Financial Reporting:
- Compiling detailed reports on the banks financial projects
- Collecting and analysing data on revenues, expenses, and key performance indicators
(KPIs)
- Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with the banks internal standards
- Analysing profitability of the banks products and business lines
- Identifying trends, growth drivers, and areas for optimisation
- Preparing conclusions and recommendations based on data analysis
- Regular communication with marketing, sales, operations, and other departments to
account for all major costs and revenues
- Ensuring proper data recording and alignment of expenditure plans
- Presenting reports and analytical materials to the banks management
- Preparing informational materials for meetings and strategic sessions
- Providing recommendations to support cost management and product development
decisions
- Optimising data collection and reporting processes
- Automating routine operations
- Developing reporting standards and enhancing data analysis methodologies
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or related fields, preferably in a
financial, banking or fintech environment
- Ability to work with large datasets, advanced Excel skills, and experience with financial
systems
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments
- Experience preparing presentations and reports for senior management
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on
customer satisfaction
- High energy and goal-driven personality, focused on achieving big things in 12 the time
that it takes most people
- Higher education in CA.
- Fluent in English
