Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Analysis:
• Develop financial strategies to support the company’s long-term goals.
• Prepare financial forecasts and budgets.
• Analyze financial data and market trends to maximize profits.
• Financial Reporting:
• Generate and review financial reports, including activity statements and balance sheets.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Budget Management:
• Oversee the creation and management of budgets.
• Monitor and control expenditures to ensure they align with the budget.
• Risk Management:
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Implement processes to minimize financial risk.
• Compliance:
• Ensure all financial activities comply with industry laws and regulations.
• Supervise tax filings and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration:
• Work with other departments to achieve financial goals.
• Advise executive management on financial decisions.

Qualifications:

· Educational Background: A master's degree in finance or business administration is preferred (Charted Accountant will be additional Benefit).

· Work Experience: Several years of experience in finance or accounting roles, such as financial analyst, accountant, or controller.

· Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in GST filing, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9.

· Experience with income tax return filing and e-filing processes.

· Knowledge of remittance processes and statutory income compliance.
