Job Description

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reportsEnsure compliance with accounting standards and applicable tax lawsReview all statutory compliances, including TDS, GST, MSME, and other regulatory requirementsManage and coordinate internal and external auditsAssist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningMonitor company expenses and cost control measuresPerform account reconciliations and maintain accuracy in financial recordsReview plant-wise and product-wise costing, identify cost-saving opportunities and improveefficiencyProvide insights and financial analysis to support management decisionsLead the finance team, assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure timely deliverablesCoordinate with auditors, consultants, plant teams, and legal advisors

Key Skills Required
