Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience and a strong background in accounting, auditing, and taxation.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage day-to-day accounts independently with expertise in export and import documents and formalities.
Oversee general office administration to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.

Job Requirements

Graduate degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years of experience in finance management, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and taxation laws.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in financial software and systems.
