About the Role

Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and MIS reports.
• Monitor financial performance, provide insights, and support strategic decisions.

• Manage all direct and indirect tax-related matters, ensuring full compliance.
• Coordinate tax filings, assessments, and interact with tax consultants and authorities.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.

• Support fundraising efforts by managing financial due diligence and preparing required documentation.
• Work closely with leadership and external advisors during capital raise initiatives.

• Maintain accounts and manage consolidated reporting for group entities.
• Ensure inter-company transactions and reconciliations are timely and accurate.
  

Candidate Profile:

• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial management.
• Proven experience in handling startup finances and fundraising documentation.
• Strong understanding of taxation laws and financial regulations.
• Prior experience working with multiple entities or group companies is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and financial software/tools.
