Finance Manager

• Financial Management & Control
• Prepare, monitor, and control annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance
• Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Implement effective financial controls to safeguard resort assets.
• Manage working capital & cash flow
• . Accounts Operations
• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and inventories.
• Ensure statutory compliance (GST/VAT, TDS, income tax, service tax, etc.).
• Monitor receivables & payables, ensuring timely collections and payments.
• Audit & Compliance
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors. Ensure adherence to company policies and financial reporting standards.
• Implement risk management and internal control measures.
• Business & Revenue Support
• Work closely with Sales & Operations to optimize revenue and profitability.
• Monitor cost structures (F&B, Rooms Division, Spa, Banquets, etc.) to maximizeGOP (Gross Operating Profit).
• Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, train, and develop/mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
• Build cross-functional collaboration with operations for financial awareness.
• Skills & Competencies Required;
• Strong knowledge of hospitality finance systems (e.g., Opera PMS, Micros etc]
• Deep understanding of hospitality P&L and cost structures.
• Analytical and strategic thinking.
• Leadership and team management.
• Excellent communication with internal stateholders
• Only the candidates who cleared CA/ ICWA with 7-10 years of experience must apply. Both the criteria are mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
