About the Role:

The Finance Manager will oversee the financial health of the company, ensuring compliance with local regulations, maintaining accurate records, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong financial planning, budgeting, and analytical skills, along with hands-on experience in managing accounts within the travel & tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and expense management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian and UAE standards.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.
• Ensure timely tax filings, VAT/GST compliance, and adherence to local statutory regulations.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
• Provide financial analysis to support decision-making on pricing, cost optimization, and investment opportunities.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements.
• Support management in setting sales and expense targets by providing financial insights.
• Train and guide accounting staff in financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s/MBA/CA/CPA preferred).
• Proven experience (4+ years) in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and Indian GST compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in travel & tourism industry finance preferred.
