Finance Lead (Controllership)

Roles & Responsibilities -

Finance Lead with experience in Controllership

Key Responsbilities -

• Accounts Receivable: Manage collections, reconciliations, and payment cycles in a B2C setup.
• Accounts Payable: Managing payments to vendors as per credit terms, knowledge of foreign remittances against procurement, services etc. 
• Cash Flow & Payments: Oversee daily cash flow, fund planning, and vendor payments
• Systems & Processes: Set-up, implement and optimize workflows using ERP systems (for scalability)
• MIS & Budgeting: Prepare monthly MIS reports and drive budgeting and FP&A efforts
• Audit & Due Diligence: Handle yearly statutory audits and support financial diligence processes.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of 4+ finance professionals

Must Have -

• Qualified CA (preferably first attempt) with atleast 5–8 years of experience
• Must have controllership experience 
• E-commerce/D2C experience with knowledge of B2C processes is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Should have demonstrated growth in prior organizations
