Roles & Responsibilities - We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive to support day-to-day finance operations in our fast-paced eCommerce environment. The role involves handling core accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with GST/TDS regulations, and assisting in reporting and reconciliations using tools like Tally or Busy. Key Responsibilities: GST & TDS data preparation : Support in the preparation and compilation of monthly GST and TDS data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for statutory filings. E-Invoicing Management : Assist in the preparation and processing of electronic invoices, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies. E-Way Bill Generation : Support the generation and tracking of e-way bills for shipments, ensuring timely and accurate documentation for smooth logistics and regulatory compliance. Accounting Entries : Assist in recording financial transactions, including journal entries and other accounting tasks, into Tally/ Busy accounting software. Record Tracking & Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring proper filing and organization for future reference and audits. Vendor & Bank Reconciliation : Support monthly reconciliation of vendor accounts and bank statements, identify discrepancies, and work toward resolution with the finance team. Reporting : Assist in preparing periodic reports (e.g., expense summaries, payment status reports, tax reports) to support informed financial decision-making. Must Have - Educational Qualification : Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. Strong grasp of basic accounting principles and compliance processes (GST, TDS). Working knowledge of Tally , Busy , or similar accounting software. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
